New Music on the Point June Festival 2025

Max Chung will be a composer participating in the New Music on the Point Festival this June. NMOP unites composers, performers and creative thinkers to experiment with the world of new music at the natural landscape of Lake Dunmore. NMOP will be premiering his piece, "ephemeral blossom", compares the resilience of the flora in the Mojave desert to the tenacity necessary to navigate today's hectic world, contrasting whispering textures with a full sonic superbloom. This quartet will be performed by members of NMOP in a concert featuring several works.
