thunderstorm

Thunderstorm explores the neurological perceptions that we have of the everyday world. The composition highlights experience of altered realities and consciousness. Through the music, the focus was on the internal experience of a mind short-circuiting its way into nothingness. Through the process of developing this composition, I was focused on my own experiences with auras and temporary losses of consciousness when I was a child and those lost fragments of time to darkness.
